Frozen Yogurt Pops

These cute yet very easy to make frozen yogurt fruit stuffed pops are healthy, quick and an affordable summer snack that the entire family will enjoy and love.!

You can try and make these pops with other berries or even other fruits. It just happened that I had raspberry and raspberry yogurt and blueberry and blue berry yogurt so I made these 2 types. I am will make it with other fruits and berries and will post more pictures of my other creations. Stay tuned for more creations, and if you made new types of this easy and refreshing recipe send me pictures of your creations.

Frozen Yogurt Pops

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour, 15 minutes

Yield: 24 pops

Serving Size: 2 pops

Ingredients

  • 12 raspberries
  • 12 blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries, place on a kitchen paper towel and dry completely.
  2. Use 2 clean and dry ice molds and fill each mold cavity with 1 teaspoon of the yogurt.
  3. place 1 berry in the center each cavity (over the yogurt) and lightly press down, then fill with more yogurt to completely cover the fruit.
  4. Tap down the molds over the counter top to level the surface of the yogurt.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Take the molds out of the freezer and unmold the yogurt pops, plate and serve immediately.

Notes

* Try getting the children involved in making these super delicious pops, this will be an awesome way to keep them busy and appreciating what they're eating.
